Please bear in mind that all of our products are made of plastic, and although quite strong, will break if excessive forces are applied, as with any material. If you happen to break anything, please reach out to us directly with photos of the damage and we will supply you with a replacement under the right circumstances.

Most orders ship the following or second business day. We only ship using verified shipping labels with tracking and insurance provided.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will cover return shipping costs for any incorrect items, or those that arrive defective.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
