"When will my order ship?"
Please refer to the confirmation email you received upon purchase, or login to your account to view your estimated ship date. If your order has not shipped, it simply means we are in the process of making it, or it is an extended/holiday weekend. Most orders will ship the following or second day after being placed. Once an order ships, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking information from USPS.
***If your order is time sensitive, please contact us prior to or immediately after placing your order, and we will make sure to expedite your shipment. If we cannot accommodate your timeline for any reason, we will notify you.
"Can I make changes to my order?"
If your order has not shipped, you may request to change an item's color, add/remove an item(s) from your order, or cancel it.
"My package has been shipped, but has not arrived, is taking too long, or tracking says 'delivered' but I have not received it."
If there are issues or delays with your delivery, the best/easiest place to get information is your local post office. In the event the courier cannot complete your delivery, it is almost always a problem with the provided address, and will immediately be returned to sender. If this happens, we will contact you to resolve the issue and make arrangements to ship it out for you again. If tracking says "delivered" but you have not received a package, first please check with your closest neighbors in case it was accidentally delivered to a nearby address. Otherwise, this is an unfortunate thing that happens with the USPS tracking system, and in most cases results in a simple delay of 1-3 business days. Please contact us if you have any issues like these.
"Why does international shipping cost so much?"
Unfortunately we have no control over these prices, foreign shipping policies, or the length of time your order may spend in customs. Rest assured, however, we only use verified shipping labels via USPS, so you will always get the best price, and reliable tracking.
Why is my order in pre-shipment?
Some orders may remain in pre-shipment for up to a few days, especially large orders with several items. During this time, we are performing quality checks, any post processing required, resolving conflicts with shipment details, or anything else related to our creation process. Please understand this is a necessary part of our workflow, and cannot be avoided. Rest assured, however, we only ship using the USPS tracking system with verified shipping labels, so you will always be covered in the event that something happens to your shipment.
